Coronavirus (COVID-19)

 

 

The safety and well-being of all our customers  are a constant priority for us.

We are closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and taking action to help keep you safe.

 

In compliance with the new Stop COVID-19 measures and to allow us to continue our activity , we thank our customers for complying with the following protocol:

• Customers should ensure that they wear their mask in restaurants until the first course is served and put it back on when traveling and between courses.

• Restaurant tables can only accommodate 6 people maximum.

• A reminder book must be set up at the entrance to restaurants and will condition access to the establishment. Customers will leave their contact details in the reminder booklet and the restaurant owner will make this booklet available to the Regional Health Agency or health insurance in the event that a contact tracing is triggered. In any case, this data will be destroyed after a period of 14 days.

• Downloading and activating Stop-Covid will also be recommended

Instructions for restaurateurs and meal preparers

 

  • The  barrier gestures  (washing your hands very regularly, coughing or sneezing into your elbow or into a handkerchief, use a disposable handkerchief and throw it away, greet without shaking hands and without hugs) must be applied at all times, by the whole body. staff ;

  • Any symptomatic person  (fever or feeling feverish, cough, difficulty breathing)  must not go to his place of work  ;

  • The  bags  containing meals must be properly closed;

  • Particular attention should be paid to  cleaning and disinfection of all surfaces and utensils in contact with food.

Contactless delivery takes place under the following conditions  :

 

  • A meal recovery area  must be fitted out by the restaurant, separate from the kitchen, in order to ensure  contactless meal recovery  between the person (s) responsible for preparing the meal and the person responsible for delivery.
