The Chef KATIA
Of Russian origin through her grandfather, Katia studied at Inalco in Paris and stayed several times in Moscow.
Friendly and witty, Russian cuisine is a cuisine of the heart.
This is why, to share this universe with you, Katia makes her dream come true, takes to the stove and joins forces to his sister Sophie in the dining room to create in 2004 the small parisian restaurant Limited Series.
In 2015, at the instigation of its customers, the company develops the catering business.
She now offers you "A Trip on a Plate" at home or at your workplace.
